We get it — sometimes you just want a quick answer (or a little reassurance that your beeswax candle really is supposed to look that rustic). Here are a few of the things we’re asked most often.
When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are lovingly packed and shipped during our “Alive Arrives” week, this season, that’s December 8–9. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your box is on its way.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not just yet! Right now, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on safe, sustainable options for expanding soon.
What’s included in the Winter Box?
The Alive in the Dark box includes a Beeswax + Bayberry Candle Kit, Golden Milk Spice Blend, Sprouting Seeds, and a 7x7 Zine, plus a few hidden surprises. Think warmth, reflection, and a touch of crunchy magic.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add your recipient’s address at checkout and include a gift note if you’d like. We’ll make sure it arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to make someone’s day brighter.
